The Page Is What?!So I was minding my own business, coding Trellis Desk and uploading my changes to my live development server, when suddenly I hit refresh and… I have no idea what happened. I didn’t even change a line of code between the time it was working and this error message. And my work has nothing to do with Windows Live ID. It’s been like this for a while now. I’ve asked other people to check it for me and it works fine for them, just not me. I’ve cleared cache, flushed DNS, etc. Guess we’ll see tomorrow. Wednesday, August 27th, 2008 @ 2:02 PM
This Should Make Some People HappyThe next major version of Trellis Desk is getting an email overhaul. It will use Swift Mailer, which will make Trellis Desk’s email system much more reliable, flexible, and functional. I’ll just let this screenshot do the rest of the talking… Monday, August 25th, 2008 @ 11:31 PM

36 HoursI am dying right now! About two days ago, I started to get a sore throat. Well, yesterday it got so bad I could barely swallow. It hurt so much to drink or eat anything. I finally went to urgent care and was told that I have massive throat infection. I’m on medication now. The doctor said I should start feeling a relief in pain in about 36 hours. 36 hours?!?! I haven’t eaten a thing in over 30 hours now and I’m starving. Anyways, 24 more hours to go. I hope the pain goes away sooner. I’ve taken all kinds of pain killers and they simply aren’t helping. I’m forcing down some soup right now. It’s painful… but I need some food in my body. Sunday, August 17th, 2008 @ 11:50 AM
Buckling DownWell guys, it’s time for me to really start focusing on school and work. I admit I have been relaxing a little lately, but hey, it’s the summer. Now that the summer is coming to an end… I’m really going to be working hard on Trellis Desk. v1.0 final should be out the door soon. We’ve been having some server issues at ACCORD5 (you guys have been overloading our server) which have set things back a bit. But everything is smoothing out now. So stay tuned for more updates on Trellis Desk. Saturday, August 16th, 2008 @ 1:38 AM
Please, Don’t Give Out My EmailI remember the days when spam messages only used to trickle into my GMail account. Well those days are long gone now. This is just from going about 3 days without mass deleting my spam messages. Thank god GMail has an awesome spam filter. Anyways… For those of you who do know my email address, can you please try to refrain from giving it to some third-party website, just so I can get invited to their social network. If I want to join myyearbook.com, I will do so myself and on my own time. I do not need a dozen messages telling me that Billy would like to add me as a friend. Thank you. Say Hello to WordPressYup, that’s right! I’ve switched back to WordPress. MODx was nice, but I decided I wanted something with a little more powerful blogging tools. Plus, it is easy to setup as a CMS anyways. I haven’t used WordPress in a while, and I must say I am pretty impressed with version 2.6. More to come once I have everything up and running the way I want it to work. |
